We are an international photography agency that provides photographers with long-term consistent income producing placement at approved Venues and Events we have under contract within strong entertainment or tourist zones.
This includes Venues, Events, and their Guests.
Our photographers capture high-quality candid or posed moments of guests and venue moments, then pass a Q.R code card to the guests, and the venue/event representative — to scan with their camera phone, then view, select, purchase, and download their selected digital photos at their convenience on a cost-per-photo basis.
We also provide access to photographers who may not want to join our agency but does want to create an account on our Q.R Code Card Digital Photo Sales Solution platform to implement into their independent photography services.

How Do Photographers Who Join Our Agency Benefit?
Our team of photographers are incentivized to provide the Free Photography Service with Q.R Code Cards to as many venues, events, and their guests that are within walking distance from each other in our coverage area because they earn on a cost-per-photo and cost-per-album basis on all successful digital photo sales, keep 100% of their earnings, and the very nature of how they provide the photography service to guests with Q.R Code Cards is a creative technique for the photographer to promote their independent photography services.
- The Q.R Code Card Process is designed to help promote the photographer's Instagram page, which promotes the photographer's independent photography services to the guests they interact with when providing photography services under our agency to venues and their guests in our high populated coverage zones.
- The photographer may decide how much they want to price their cost-per-photos.
- This method enables our photographers to maximize their earning potential by the sheer volume of venues/events and their guests they've snapped photos of.
- Payouts of photo sales are usually deposited into photographer’s bank account within a few days via stripe.
- Photographers can generally expect at least a 20% conversion of the amount of guest photo sessions they uploaded photos of.
Example: If you've taken and uploaded photos of at least 100 Guest Photo Sessions to your online photo gallery on Event Snapshot, you can expect at least 20 of the guests to purchase photos of themselves from your online photo gallery at your set cost-per-photo.
Therefore if 20 guests purchase 1 digital photo from your gallery for $25.00 USD a photo, that's a total profit of $500.00 USD.
If 20 Guests out of the 100 Guests Photo Sessions uploaded each purchase at least 2 digital photos from your gallery for $25.00 USD a photo that's a total profit of $1000.00 USD in total profits.
Note: You get to decide how much you charge per photo on our platform. Some photographers charge $10.00 USD per photo, some charge $15.00 USD, and some charge $25.00 or more. It's totally your decision.
Please also note: Our platform includes a feature that allows you decide what currency you charge the photos in.
Example: You may charge in Mexican Pesos, U.S Dollars, or other country currencies.
What type of Venues do we have contracts with?
We actively seek to establish contracts with venues in high populated entertainment and tourist zones.
We Target Venues that fit the following criteria:
- High foot traffic/ Consistent High Guests Count.
- Social/photo-driven culture.
- A venue that attracts family groups, friends, couples, or peer groups.
- A venue where people come dressed to impress and/or a venue that attracts vacation/tourist patrons.
- Venues that are in close walking distance to other high populated venues we have or can get a contract with to maximize our team of photographers photo sales potential.
- Regular or recurring schedule with key hours and days that produce a good guests count - Something our photographers can build their schedule around and show up on the key hours and days to offer the Free Photography Service with Q.R Code Cards.
- Event/Venue Examples: Beach clubs, Beach front restaurants, resorts, rooftop venues, bars, nightclubs/lounges, nightlife events, select restaurants, family friendly entertainment venues - Like gaming centers, theme parks, bowling ally, movie theater, live music venues, sporting events, etc.
What are the qualifications to join our Agency as a Photographer?
- Must have experience as an Event, Photoshoot, or Street Photographer.
- Must be willing to be friendly and engage with guests at venues to confidently offer to take their photos in a calm, respectful, and inviting fashion.
- Must take decent quality photos and be able to show your work to our review team.
- Must Upload your digital photos taken of venues and their guests within 24 hours to your online photo gallery on Event Snapshot to maximize photo sales potential.
- Must Submit Application to join our agency, and communicate with a success coach to make sure you're a good fit for our team.
- When providing photography service in our coverage zones to our contracted venues and their guests, you must only use the Q.R Code Card method and never ask for cash directly as it violates our contract agreement with the venue and local authorities.
NOTE: After you submit the Application form to join our agency you will be contacted by a success coach to go over some details, answer any questions you have, and finalize your Start Day with our team.
