We provide FREE Photography Services to select Venues, Events, and their Guests with Q.R Code Cards in high populated regions with strong entertainment or tourist zones.

Our photographers capture high-quality guest and venue moments, then pass a Q.R code card to the guests, and the venue/event representative — to scan with their camera phone, and download their selected photos at their convenience.

We provide and assume coverage to all venues and events in our selected entertainment or tourist zones, but will discontinue services if a venue or event opts out of our free coverage.

How It Works:

Our professional photographer(s) simply shows up at venues and events in our coverage zones with their professional camera, and Q.R Code Cards, usually during peak days and hours to snap photos.

They take beautiful, candid or posed photos of your guests and the overall activity of the venue.

Guests are then handed a Q.R code card to view and download their photos from the photographer's online photo gallery within 24 hours.

Venue/event organizer are handed the same Q.R Code Card that accesses the same online photo gallery to download their select photos at their convenience.

Our Q.R code card system is professional and modern — no awkward upselling, no pressure. Just a classy guest interaction. The venue or event organizer may also download which photos they want from the QR code card on a cost-per-photo basis or purchase the entire album if they desire, with no obligation to buy.

How do we benefit from providing FREE photography service with Q.R Code Cards?

Coverage:

Since we primarily provide free photography coverage to venues and events in high populated entertainment and tourist zones, we benefit from having a small team of photographer(s) provide the free photography service with Q.R Code Cards to multiple venues and events that are within walking or short driving distance from each other. This enables our photographers to maximize their digital photo sales potential by the sheer volume of venues/events and their guests they've snapped photos of.

Digital Photo Sales from Online Photo Gallery:

The photographer only earns when or if guests and venue/event organizers purchases their selected photos from the online photo gallery. Digital photos are sold on a cost-per-photo or cost-per-album basis based on an amount set by the photographer who provided the service. No Upfront Cost. No Obligation to Buy.

Therefore even if only 15% to 30% of photos taken convert into sales, it's still a great profit margin for the photographer's time to provide the service for free on the front end.
